Technical Teams

1. Discuss your ideas with Prod. Comm. early - we can often help.
2. If you already have people in mind, approach them; inform Prod. Comm. Wardrobe usually provides a wardrobe person.
3. Aim for early design/tech meetings (often before rehearsals start).
4. Leads for each area (SM, Sound, Lighting, Design, Build, Props, Wardrobe) appoint their own teams.
5. Ensure your team knows when they are needed in rehearsals and the last 2 weeks schedule. Provide the rehearsal schedule to the whole company and the Venue Manager.
6. Negotiate with design/build and lighting on who is on stage during the last 9 days.
