Budget

Prod. Comm. sets the maximum budget. The Director manages the budget and must ensure the production does not exceed it.

1. If you need a larger budget, discuss with Prod. Comm., who will liaise with the Treasurer.
2. No technical equipment expenditure can be authorised except by the Theatre Technician (Tim Swinton).
3. Unauthorised expenditure is charged to the person who ordered it.
4. For general expenses, place VAT receipts in an envelope in the Treasurer’s pigeonhole with details (what for, payee name/address). See Appendix 1 for details.
