Review & Feedback

After the production, Directors, ADs, and SMs attend a Prod. Comm. meeting for a review/feedback session (arrange date with the Chair). See Appendix 2.

Purposes:

1. We give feedback on your production.
2. You provide feedback on the show and individuals (who’s ready to step up; who needs support; technical strengths/issues).
3. Helps member development and highlights technical concerns to address.
