Appendix 4 - Productions Committee Liaison

We aim to provide supportive oversight so directors can develop confidently.

• The Liaison is a Prod. Comm. member and speaks on its behalf.
• Involvement level is by agreement, but recommended minimum:

- Meet the director during casting/team-building

- Attend auditions where possible

- Attend the read-through; explain the role and share contact info with the company

- Attend at least 2 rehearsals (one preferably during the start of the 9 days)

- Have at least 1 meeting with the SM

• Directors will be briefed on the system at their first Prod. Comm. meeting.
• Prod. Comm. will match liaisons and directors through discussion.
